About Dr. Riya Narang

Questions patients ask
How does an online consultation work?
At your booked time, Dr. Riya will call you on the number you gave, by phone or WhatsApp video. Keep your reports, current medicines and a pen ready.
Will I get medicines?
You’ll get a written prescription with Ayurvedic medicines, dosage and diet advice. Most medicines are available at Ayurvedic pharmacies; the doctor will guide you where to get them.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp +91 70823 70549 with your booking reference at least a few hours before your slot.
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net-banking and wallets, all through Razorpay’s secure checkout.
Can I continue my current allopathic medicines?
Don’t stop any prescribed medicine on your own. Tell Dr. Riya everything you take, and she will advise how Ayurvedic treatment can work alongside it.
